Kabaddle Integrations Terms of Service

Use of integrations

Kabaddle integrations allow authorised client administrators to connect third-party services to their CMS portal so that selected reporting and performance data can be displayed inside the CMS admin area.

By connecting an integration, the client and authorised administrator confirm that:

• they are authorised to grant Kabaddle CMS access to the relevant account, property or service;
• they will only connect accounts and properties they are permitted to access;
• they are responsible for selecting the correct property for the relevant website or portal;
• they will not use the integration to access data they are not authorised to view;
• they understand the integration depends on the continued availability of third-party APIs and services.

Google OAuth permissions

Depending on which integrations are enabled, Kabaddle CMS may request the following Google OAuth permissions:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly - read-only access to Google Analytics reporting data.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly - read-only access to Google Search Console data.

Kabaddle only requests the permissions required to provide the selected CMS integration.

Google Analytics integration

The Google Analytics integration is an optional CMS feature that allows authorised client administrators to connect a Google Analytics account and view selected GA4 reporting data inside the CMS admin area.

The integration uses read-only access to retrieve Google Analytics property metadata and reporting metrics for the property selected by the administrator. It does not create, update or delete Google Analytics accounts, properties, users, events or configuration.

Google Search Console integration

The Google Search Console integration is an optional CMS feature that allows authorised client administrators to connect a Google account and view selected Search Console reporting data inside the CMS admin area.

The integration uses read-only access to retrieve Search Console property metadata and search performance metrics for the property selected by the administrator. It does not create, update or delete Search Console sites, sitemaps, indexing settings, users or configuration.

Reporting and operational use only

Kabaddle provides these integrations for reporting, dashboard display and operational visibility only. The data shown in the CMS should not be treated as professional financial, advertising, legal, SEO or analytics advice.

Third-party service availability

Kabaddle integrations depend on third-party services, including Google APIs, Google account permissions, OAuth consent, API quotas and the continued availability of Google services.

Kabaddle is not responsible for outages, delays, data inaccuracies, permission changes, verification requirements, revoked access, API quota limits or changes made by Google or any other third-party provider.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• ensuring only authorised users can access the CMS admin area;
• ensuring connected Google accounts and properties belong to, or are controlled by, the client;
• reviewing and selecting the correct Google Analytics property or Search Console property;
• revoking access when an administrator should no longer have permission;
• complying with all applicable laws, contracts and Google terms that apply to their use of the connected service.

Suspension or removal of integrations

Kabaddle may suspend, reset or remove an integration connection if it appears to be misconfigured, unauthorised, insecure, no longer required, or in breach of these terms, applicable law, Google requirements or platform security standards.

Disconnecting access

An authorised administrator can disconnect, reset or change a connected integration in the CMS admin interface where the relevant integration permits it.

A user can also revoke Kabaddle's access at any time through their Google Account permissions. If access is revoked, the CMS will no longer be able to refresh the relevant Google data unless an authorised administrator reconnects the integration.

Privacy and Google user data

Kabaddle's handling of Google user data is described in the Kabaddle Integrations Privacy Policy.

Kabaddle's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to these terms

Kabaddle may update these Terms of Service when integrations, OAuth scopes, Google APIs, data handling practices, support processes or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
