Kabaddle Integrations Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 June 2026
Kabaddle CMS is a website and content management platform built and operated by Kabaddle. Some client CMS portals include optional integrations that allow authorised administrators to connect third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
This Privacy Policy explains how Kabaddle accesses, uses, stores and protects information received through Google APIs when these integrations are enabled.
Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to authorised CMS administrators who connect a Google account to a Kabaddle CMS admin portal. Each client CMS portal may run on its own domain, but the OAuth application is provided by Kabaddle.
Google OAuth scopes used
Kabaddle CMS may request the following Google OAuth permissions, depending on which integrations are enabled:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly- read-only access to Google Analytics reporting data.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly- read-only access to Google Search Console data.
Kabaddle only requests the permissions required to provide the selected CMS integration.
Google Analytics data
When an authorised administrator connects Google Analytics, Kabaddle may access and display:
- Google Analytics account and GA4 property identifiers available to the connected Google account.
- The selected GA4 property name, property ID, timezone and currency.
- Aggregated reporting metrics such as users, new users, sessions, page views, engagement, average session duration, traffic trends and page-level performance metrics.
- OAuth token data required to keep the Google Analytics connection active, including access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry data and connection status metadata.
Kabaddle uses this data only to provide Analytics reporting features inside the CMS admin interface, including dashboard cards, charts, date-range reporting and page-level metrics for CMS pages and blog posts.
Google Search Console data
When an authorised administrator connects Google Search Console, Kabaddle may access and display:
- Search Console site/property URLs available to the connected Google account.
- Property type and permission level for the selected Search Console property.
- Aggregated search performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, date-based trends and page-level search query data.
- OAuth token data required to keep the Search Console connection active, including access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry data and connection status metadata.
Kabaddle uses this data only to provide Search Console reporting features inside the CMS admin interface, including dashboard charts, date-range reporting and page-level query insights for CMS pages and blog posts.
How Kabaddle uses Google user data
Kabaddle uses Google user data only to:
- connect the selected Google service to the relevant CMS portal;
- display reporting data inside the CMS dashboard;
- show charts, summaries, trends and page-level insights;
- maintain the connection using OAuth tokens;
- record connection status, selected properties/accounts and sync metadata;
- operate, troubleshoot, secure and maintain the CMS service.
What Kabaddle does not do with Google user data
Kabaddle does not:
- sell Google user data;
- use Google user data to create unrelated advertising profiles;
- use Google user data for unrelated marketing or surveillance purposes;
- transfer Google user data to third parties for their independent use;
- use Google user data to train generalised artificial intelligence models.
Storage and access
Google user data may be stored in the relevant client CMS backend database for the purpose of maintaining the integration, displaying reporting data, recording sync status and showing the selected Google property.
Access is limited to authenticated CMS administrators and authorised Kabaddle support personnel who need access to operate, troubleshoot, secure or maintain the service.
Sharing of Google user data
Kabaddle may share Google user data only where necessary to provide and support the CMS service, comply with legal obligations, protect the security of the platform, or act on documented instructions from the client that owns or controls the connected Google property.
Kabaddle does not transfer Google user data to third parties for their independent use.
Disconnecting or revoking access
An authorised administrator can disconnect, reset or change a connected Google integration in the CMS admin interface where the relevant integration permits it.
A user can also revoke Kabaddle's access at any time through their Google Account permissions. If access is revoked, the CMS will no longer be able to refresh the relevant Google data unless an authorised administrator reconnects the integration.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Kabaddle's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
Kabaddle may update this Privacy Policy when integrations, OAuth scopes, Google APIs, data handling practices or support processes change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
